Your Guide to Vegetarian Eats in Madrid, Seville, Granada, Ibiza, Valencia
This isn’t a “best of” list — it’s just everywhere I actually stopped for coffee, lunch, dinner, and everything in between across Madrid, Granada, Seville, Ibiza, and Valencia as a vegetarian. If you’re planning your own trip, consider this your real-time itinerary companion. Tap any name to pull it up on Google Maps!
As someone who eats vegetarian on the road, Spain surprised me — from Uve’s veggie tapas in Granada to Casa Marciano in Seville and The Vegan Roll back in Madrid, there was never a shortage of options if you knew where to look. If you want the full day-by-day breakdown of where we went alongside where we ate, check out my complete Spain itinerary for the whole trip mapped out city by city.
