Summer is here! And these cream cheese tea sandwiches are perfect for a backyard picnic, afternoon tea party, or even as a snack! All you need is 1 package of cream cheese to make one sweet and one savery tea sandwich. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes, these sandwiches will be ready for any occasion!

The cucumber cream cheese sandwiches are flavored with dill, lemon, garlic and black pepper. However, if you are in a rush, a premade garlic & herb cream cheese or something similar would also work! To assemble, spread the cream cheese on thin sandwich bread, place the sliced cucumbers in the middle, cut off the crusts and cut in half!

These strawberry rose cream cheese sandwiches are a dessert in your mouth. The cream cheese is flavored with rose water and powdered sugar. However if you do not have rose water, vanilla or almond extract would work just as well! Once the sandwich is assembled use a cookie cutter to make the perfect circle!
