Instructions
Thandai Powder
Add whole spices to a spice grinder and blend until fine powder.
Transfer spice powder to a bowl.
Add nuts to the spice grinder and blend until find powder.
Transfer into the bowl with spice powder, add cinnamon and nutmeg powders, and mix until combined. Set aside.
Thandai
Add milk, sugar and Thandai powder to a pot over medium heat and whisk well.
Bring the Thandai to a boil and then remove from heat.
Allow the Thandai to cool for 30-60 minutes before mixing in the rose water.
Strain the Thandai through a sieve before serving.
Pour into glasses, garnish with saffron, rose petals, and sliced nuts, and enjoy!
