Ingredients

of whole milk
(or any other)

cup
choice of sweetener
(honey, maple syrup, agave… or 12 drops liquid stevia)
¼
cup
chia seeds
1
tsp
rose water
¼
cup
freeze dried raspberries
crushed (optional)
½
cup
blackberries
(optional)
Instructions
Combine milk, sweetener, chia seeds, rose water, and optional freeze dried raspberries in a mason jar.
Close the lid and give the jar a good shake, until well combined.
Let the chia pudding sit overnight in the fridge.
Top with berries and enjoy!
