Ingredients

white medium onion

panjabi masala (Kitchen King)

heavy cream

paneer cubed
Instructions
Cook spinach on medium heat until wilted. Transfer to a medium bowl and use an immersion blender to blend spinach.
On medium heat pan fry paneer with 1/2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan until slightly golden on each side. Remove from pan.
Add 1/2 tbsp oil and saute onions and garlic until soft in same pan.
Add tomatoes, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Mix in the chili powder and panjabi masala, and cook for another few minutes.
Add in spinach until combined.
Stir in heavy cream. Mix in paneer.
