soft goat cheese
crumbled

Parmesan cheese
grated

small figs

fresh arugula
Balsamic Glaze

balsamic vinegar

tbsp
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475 F. Place a sheet of parchment paper on baking sheet.
Prepare the flatbread dough by rolling it out into a rectangle.
Bake dough for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle a layer of parmesan cheese over dough.
Top with goat cheese cheese sliced figs.
Bake for another 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and the figs are slightly caramelized.
When flatbread is completely cooked, remove from oven. Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle the balsamic glaze.

Balsamic Glaze
Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over high heat.
Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half (about 5 minutes).
