tamarind chutney

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Warm up the oil in a nonstick pot over medium heat. Add the dabeli masala and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
Add cooked potatoes to the pot and mash together with masala until well combined. Set aside to cool.
Unroll pastry sheet and spread the dabeli potato filling into an even layer.
Roll the sheet with filling into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
Place pieces onto a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Top with chutneys and garnishes of your choice and enjoy!
