Masala Puri Puffs

puff pastry sheet
thawed

ghee
melted

red chili powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
ground black pepper
1
tsp
cumin powder
1/2
tsp
ajwain seeds
1
tsp
sesame seeds
1
tsp
black sesame seeds
olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine the melted ghee with the spices and seeds.
Spread the masala melted ghee mixture on a thawed puff pastry sheet.
Starting on one edge, roll the pastry sheet into a log.
Cut 20 pieces from the roll, about 1/2 inch thick.
Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the roll into a puri.
Spray a parchment paper lined baking tray and arrange the puris on the tray.
Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
