sweet potato casserole

puff pastry sheets
Cranberry Cream Cheese Icing
1/2
cup
cranberry sauce
1/2
cup
cream cheese
room temperature
1/4
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut each pastry sheet into 3 rectangles.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the sweet potato casserole onto one end of the rectangle.
Fold the other side of the dough on top of the mixture, and use a fork to seal the edges together.
Bake for about 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cranberry Cream Cheese Icing
Wisk softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and powdered sugar together by hand, or using a hand mixer.
Drizzle the icing on top of the hand pies.
